Therapy for Teens

Is your teen having symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, anger outbursts, has experienced bullying or other trauma event, has a possible eating disorder, having difficulty making and/or keeping friends, going through a relationship break-up, dealing with grief or a loss, and/or is wondering about sexuality and/or gender identity? Our teens quickly develop and go through a lot of changes and growth in a short amount of time. As mental health professionals, we understand the importance of providing a safe and supportive environment for our teen clients. We strive to create a space that is free of judgment, welcoming, and conducive to positive change. Our approach is tailored to each individual client, and we help our clients develop skills they can use both in and out of our sessions.
